La Abadia de San Blas de Chihuahua was founded by Sabbat Missionaries in 1725. The monks here are vampires and their ghouls, and they are devoted primarily to providing safety and healing to those vampires who are without packs, and providing spiritual guidance to those Sabbat who seek some manner of redemption in the eyes of the Lord.
Name: Nazareo
Concept: Vampire Monk
Description: Whispered to be older then the Sabbat itself, Nazareo is an odd Vampire. Wholly devoted to the ideals of the Path of Saint Blaise, and yet still completely loyal to the Sabbat. He claims that the Sabbat's spiritual Jyhad against the Camarilla serves the will of God, and he warns against the despair of giving in to the Voice of Satan -- God's forgiveness can be had by all. Despite his devotion to the holy path, he has quite the sense of humor and occasionally sneaks out of the Monastery to watch a comedy show in the city.
The Path of Saint Blaise
The Damned know that they are cursed by God, and many of them curse God in return. But others accept the burden the Lord has placed upon them and seek to find purpose in it. These Faithful know that everything is a part of God's plan, even the Children of Caine. Followers of the Path of Saint Blaise devote themselves to understanding that purpose.
The voice of the Beast is that of Satan, the great tempter, seeking to lure the Faithful away from righteousness and into Damnation. They shun all servants of Hell, such as devil-worshipers, demons and infernalists. The Faithful carry out the sacraments of the church alongside the ritae of the Sabbat.
Heirachy of Sins of the Path of Saint Blaise
10 Failing to attempt to save the soul of everyone including creatures of darkness wherever you encounter them
9 Remaining silent in the face of devil worship whenever you find it. All the Devil requires is for the faithful to do nothing.
8 Failing to preach freedom from the concept of inherent spiritual damnation to your fellow Sabbat. The Forgiveness of God can be for all.
7 Judging others (except for those who serve Hell).
6 Taking something from another that is not freely given.
5 Refusing to render aid to any Sabbat, for such a journey should not be walked alone.
4 Giving into Temptation.
3 Not attempting to protect those of the Sabbat from what which would prey upon them and from their own weakness.
2 Killing, except in self defense.
1 Aiding a demon or other supernatural agent of Hell.
