Bloody, violent, and aggressive, the Mexican Drug Cartels hold a great deal of power in Northern Mexico -- the smuggling routes into the United States are vital to their main source of income. The violence that these cartels inflict is the main source of cover for the activities of the Sabbat in the region, and as such, several Sabbat have found it handy to have influence in cartel operations; the chief Sabbat with such interest is none other than the Archbishop of Chihuahua herself.
La Majestrad commands the loyalty of several high ranking members of the Juarez Cartel, and she holds much influence in the Tijuana and Los Zetas Cartels. Because of her violent disdain toward the welfare of the mortals who serve her, the power of these cartels fluctuates sharply from year to year.
Her cartels are currently engaged in a huge turf war with an alliance made up of the Gulf, Sinaloa, and La Familia cartels. The enemy alliance seems to command supernatural power -- but La Majestrad has yet to uncover the source of that power.
